After receiving some shocking service from another garage, we enquired about a vehicle at this branch. We asked for video tour of the vehicle and Danny was more than happy to provide this for us. From our first phone call with Danny, he was professional, understanding and helpful. He answered all of our 100's of questions and even delivered my husband's new to us vehicle. Highly recommend the branch, the whole experience with all the team has been fantastic. The showroom and facilities are spotless, oh and they make a mean coffee!! Our car buying experience has been great from start to finish. I have been dealing with Charlie, who has been incredible sourcing a Range Rover that was best suited for us. Charlie's communication has fantastic too - no question or query was too much! My car was booked for a Wednesday and for me to collect the following day. The job was a repair covered by my extended warranty. However, due to Land Rover no making up their mind whether it was covered by extended warranty my car was in for 9 days. Totally unacceptable. The local dealers were good but I never had this problem with BMW. At least the repair eventually got done.

Alex was very professional and approachable. We arrived late at the showroom to look at 2 vehicls, never once did he look at his watch or try to hurry us on, others were leaving for the day but he stayed with us giving us time to make our decision and helping to get us a good deal.
