Sytner Sheffield MINI

I had so much fun buying my new Mini, the whole experience has been such a pleasure from start to finish. Buying a new car felt extremely daunting at first but the team at Sytner Mini Sheffield were such a pleasure to deal with and put my mind at ease with any questions I had. They were never pushy at any point which was so refreshing! Bradley Allen was fabulous, and I would definitely recommend Mini to anyone looking to buy a new car. Brad was able to source my dream car, and I am absolutely over the moon! This is now my second Mini and most definitely not my last. Thank you to Brad, Andy and the team at Mini Sheffield :)

What can I say— I visited on Saturday, and by Monday everything was signed, sealed, and delivered. It was genuinely the most effortless and smooth experience I’ve ever had when purchasing a car. Bradley Allen was friendly, attentive, and refreshingly relaxed—never pushy at any point. He kept me well informed with helpful updates via email throughout the process. When I came to collect the car on Monday, Bradley had even stayed late to ensure I could pick it up as soon as possible. His manager also took the time to come over, which was a lovely touch and made me feel truly welcomed back to the Mini family. Overall, Bradley was outstanding, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mini to others—this is now my fourth! I’m absolutely thrilled with my new car. Thank you again—I’m very happy!
