FMG Repair Services Sheffield

After reading some reviews, I was a little nervous with my car going here through my insurers after an accident. However my experience has been brilliant and would give more than 5 stars if I could. Charlotte at reception is lovely and was always extremely helpful and informative on the phone. I sent photos of the damage as they said they would order the parts beforehand to reduce the amount of time my car was in for. I was allowed to pick a time that was suitable for me for the car to be collected. I was told that it could take 7-10 days for the repairs however my car was in for 1 day! I couldn't believe how fast the repairs were and my car was even cleaned and topped up with a little petrol that was used driving from my house to the repair centre. When you are involved in an accident, it can be extremely stressful however this whole experience was made completely stress free where the only thing I had to do was send pictures. I have also been given a guarantee for the parts repaired which is a relief. Thank you

Wouldn't trust them with your car! My insurance sent it here after someone hit my car in a car park. Checked mapping when it was meant to be in the repair centre and they'd taken my car for a ride down the parkway and got lunch in Morrisons. Used my fuel and never told me. Thank god I had the BMW app and tracking. Wonder how many other times this has happened to people. Did not consent to that!!! Dishonest and untrustworthy.

Was slightly concerned when my insurance sent my car to FMG having read the reviews. However they did a superb job in a couple of weeks. Replacement bonnett, wing and bumper. Excellent communication and good paint job. Thanks

Was directed to this company via My own Insurer . Communication was first class from start to end of the repair process. Pick and return of my vehicle was in a timely manner due to the amount of repairs undertaken, and staff were polite , courteous along with very Professional. Great experience of accident repairs from a local Sheffield Branch .

Shocking company, do not use. Had insurance work completed over Christmas which took alot longer than it should have. Didn't return items from the car including phone wires and Child car seat mirror. Bumper sensors fell out months after and turns out they bodged the job by sticking them on with tape instead of using proper clips. Took back in and had car far longer than they needed to. Had to collect car from them as they couldn't be bothered to ring me to tell me it was ready and to return the car. Another month on and we needed a new tyre. NO LOCKING WHEEL NUT! they've lost it. Had to pay £50 for new ones through dealership and to remove other ones. It's been a week since sending receipts to reimburseme and only just decided to respond to action this.
