What can I say? I cannot praise the team at Hillsborough Halfords Autocentre enough. I now go there regularly for services, MOT and car part replacements. They saved my life once by realising a private garage I used, had left my car as a "Death Trap" so I cannot thank them enough for fixing this. Ashley and Johnathon are not only knowledgeable but very welcoming, kind and helpful. I recommend the Hillsborough Halford's team highly. You can leave your car there being assured that an honest job will be done for a fair price. Thank you to you all.
Brilliant service. Put me at ease and very easy to talk to. He explained everything to me which was great as I didnt understand some components and what they did. It was. So simple to drop off and pick up. Ill definitely be using Halfirds again. Excellent service!
Booking online for a service and MOT was easy with a good choice of appointments. Johnathan was friendly and helpful when I dropped the car off and gave me approximate timings as to when the car would be ready. Communication was excellent and I was kept informed of progress. The price for the service and MOT was very competitive. Well pleased, I will definitely use them again.
Service and MOT with additional work. Guy on reception (sorry I've forgotten his name) was great, lots of explanation for work to be done, I had questions and he answered them all fully. Work was done and car was back to me mid-afternoon. All-in-all a stress-free and professional job!
Jonathan & Ashley and their team deserves 5 stars for their efficiency, communication and abilities to get the job done professionally and on schedule every time. Ive had some major work done to my car with no issues. I’ve been to many garages over the years but I have to say they come up tops! Not only being a premium member is useful for additional benefits etc but finding places these days with outstanding service is rare. Thank you to you all for always being welcoming, helpful and efficient. I won’t be going anywhere else. 👍
