Have used this Halfords garage for a while now and can’t fault it. The customer service is absolutely excellent and the 1st time I went in the manager even remembered me from another Halfords I had been to. I don’t know anything about cars and I know I can trust them to only recommend work that actually needs doing. Highly recommended.

Really efficient. Easy to book, even around my 60hr work week. MOT done and car back to me within the hour. I don't like chain companies as a rule but these guys were personable, and accommodating, let me change my appointment around, and even gave me a £5 discount with their free member scheme. No un-necessary upselling either. Nice genuine helpful staff. (Leppings Lane Branch)

Went there for air con service. I would have to say that the worst customer service experience I ever had. I have never felt so uncomfortable. The lady at the receptionist was unwelcoming and extremely unhelpful. Literally there is no concept of service with a smile. If I was not desperate to have the air con fixed, I would have left immediately after arrival. Which is a shame because the work was done properly and the air con is working fine, however the whole experience was terrible. No one explained to us what was happening. It took a long time for someone to take the car for service and staff was generally walking around wasting time. The whole experience was extremely dissapointing. The staff definitely needs additional traing in customer care. Do not go to this service centre. May be try another branch.

Just been to the garage as had a issue with a tyre recently brought, the lady on reception was fantastic and got my car looked at straight away, she was friendly and polite, my issue was resolved in under 20 mins . Would definitely recommend to others
