I REALLY like the friendly, personal touch provided via David. On this occasion, when my car's stay at Northern Stag was a little longer than usual, I appreciated the care taken with the vehicle and the time spent on diagnosis and procurement of parts from the USA. Peter was also able to take the time to provide me with friendly and valuable advice, something not commonly on offer elsewhere. Finally, the bill; so decent for the parts and work my car required. Excellent work on my Triumph Stag and very reasonable despite extensive labour.... Not always easy to get through on phone but nevertheless I would strongly recommend them.

Great The worker called archie was very good

VERY Disappointed This place came recommended,I took my 1 series bmw in with a drivetrain problem ,they put it on the machine and said the reason the drivetrain light was on was because of the dpf ,no other reason just that ,I asked them also to do a full service and renew /repair the dpf ,which cost just under 700 pound. I picked the vehicle up the next day on the Saturday they told me there was a heavy oil leek because the oil dipstick had broken and a new one would solve the problem and within 10 seconds of driving it the drivetrain. Light came on ,I took the vehicle back on the Monday has they were closed on the Saturday at lunchtime . A few hours later they phoned me and told me that there was multiple oil leeks on the vehicle and it would take them hours to strip it down to see what the problem was ,??? I’m other words they weren’t interested ,did they not see these multiple oil leeks when they were servicing it or when they were trying to sort the drivetrain problem 700 pounds ago ??? They knew I had been ripped off previously regarding the vehicle and just weren’t interested,apparently Archie is the one to see who works there ,the rest are just cowboys who I dropped for ,another garage I will be taking to court for my money back ,too many conmen out there with women
