My experience yes with a therapie clinic in Meadowhall Was amazing the girl who was my therapist called Milena galazka . She was very kind and professional. She talked to me all the way through and Make me feel really comfortable. I already booked my next session with her, so I can’t wait to see her again. I really recommend this place. 😘

I had such a lovely experience getting my face hair removal done. The treatment was quick, gentle and made me feel really comfortable throughout. My skin feels so smooth afterwards with hardly any irritation. The attention to detail was amazing and the results were exactly what I wanted. Kristyna M. Was professional, kind and just generally great vibes. On that particular day the clinic was very busy due to absence of a couple of her colleagues but Kristyna was so calm and welcoming. Took her time to explain things and speak to me about my needs. I added another area to my laser treatment after discussing with her and despite them being busy she did the additional area right then on the day to save me having to come back for another appointment.

I have been a Therapie customer for a number of years and overall my experience has been mixed. On the downside, appointment availability is often booked far in advance, which can make it difficult to schedule sessions when needed. There also seems to be a high turnover of therapists, so it’s difficult to build continuity with one therapist. Sessions often run late so you can be sat waiting a while. In terms of results, some treatment areas have improved significantly, while others have shown less noticeable progress. I do want to note a very positive experience I had today in a session with Vlera, as she was excellent. She was thorough, took the time to listen, and tailored the session to my individual needs. I also appreciated that she focused on providing genuine guidance rather than simply trying to sell additional products or services. Her warm and friendly nature alongside the professional customer-focused approach made for a very positive experience. Thank you Vlera 😊
