It's also a ESL Eddie Stobart site, this is how my collection address looked like. Nothing about great bear.... Was told from gate man where to drop my empty trailer and where from to pick up my loaded one. Dropped my trailer, hoked up and connected to my loaded one and a shunter showed up saying I dropped my trailer in a wrong place and that I have to open my curtains on my empty trailer. I have asked him for some help to move my trailer in to the correct place and I will open it, as I was not aware about it. He told me to move it one bay next to where I have dropped it, he was in a Tag truck so no big deal, but he refused saying he is bussy.... I have dropped my loaded one, moved the empty one, collected my loaded one and Imagine, after I talked to him passed 20min , he did not do anything.... He also left his tag and went somewhere.... The funny thing is they call us always rasist, because we are white. But belive me, the opposite side is the real rasist. It's really funny.... I'm not complaining just saying my story. I know karma exist😀 So good luck.

7 hours to unload. And only 3 trucks in front of me. Refresco delivery (monster) if you cant handle the contract give it to someone that can. Because you guys are failing badly

Starting to be quite a busy place now the waiting on the road can be an issue but the staff are nice and polite and waiting times are usually short.
