Food was cold when arrived, barely any mince in tacos just lettuce tiny sprinkle of cheese, Food all throw in bottom of bag and not packed properly so all food fell out. Churros wasn’t even in the bag as all fell out. Tacos soggy like they being left for hours even tho I ordered crunchy not soft
This was a good place to stop for food. We don't usually come to taco bell, but it was well worth it! The burrito that I got was good, it had a lot in it, so a little bit of the filling fell out! The fries were definitely fresh; they were hot! Very hot! But.. that's better than them being cold. The free drink refills were pretty nifty, always love that :D Oh yeah, and the person who took our order was nice too, very good!
Got a delivery and the food was cold when it came. When i've ordered in store the food has always been great and portions a decent size however when I get it delivered both times i've been disappointed with the portions of the food and the quality of it. Today I received a beefy burrito which can only be described as cremated. When I tore the burrito in half to have a look there was also no fillings at all other than the beef even though the description states with sour cream and cheese sauce etc. Got the cheesy loaded L fries and they were disappointing. Just a small dollop of cheese sauce and a smear of sour cream. I'm so disappointed as I usually love to order from here in store.
Waited 35 minutes for a small take away order. Mountain Dew BaJa blast was greyed out from order screen so ordered Pepsi max cherry as a drink instead. Lots of staff but very slow getting food out. My order didn’t show up on the staff screen for some reason (as if this was my problem) turned out they did have Mountain Dew baja blast after all. When I tried to get my Pepsi max cherry, only cold water was dispensed. In summary, a total shambles from start to finish. Other fast food outlets at least display your order number on a public screen. Will not be going back!
Ordered through uber eats, I ordered Veg and they sent me Chicken and unfortunately I took a bite and only after chewing for a couple of seconds I realised it is something else, nobody answered the phone tried multiple times It cannot be a mistake of Uber eats driver because the packet was completely sealed with multiple stickers so it is clearly a restaurant error Very very disappointing !
