Brilliant experience buying a van from David. It was a used (but very good condition) adapted wheelchair vehicle (WAV), which we had to source for our son who sadly has a life limiting condition and wasn't managing in a regular car. The communication, lack of pressure tactics, and overall experience were all just brilliant. Thanks to Dave & to Mark (manager) who we also met with. Our son loves it and it will make a huge difference to our lives to be more mobile!

Very friendly and very helpful. We Just popped in to See what vans they had in sock and in no time at all had the deal done great price and a great deal.very happy with my new van. Having received a lack lustre performance from a local garage which I won't go into too much detail about, we were advised to try Looker's Ford Middlesbrough. From day one Gail, Dave and the team have provided us with honest advice and professional technical support. Emails and phone calls to keep us up to speed at every turn kept us reassured with what had been a stressful and emotional time for us. At their advice we fitted a new engine to our vehicle the whole process took less than a week and has without doubt put me and my husband in the frame of mind that we will never use anyone other than Looker's Ford Middlesbrough. If I could give more than a five star review I would. A huge thanks to the whole team.
Recently collected the first of 2 vans i ordered for my business. Mark and Ashley kept me updated when they got news on delivery dates. 95% of the paperwork was done online which was great for me. Vans also arrived earlier then expected which again was brilliant.
