I recently had my car in for an MOT and service, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and kept me informed throughout. Scott, the manager, was especially wonderful- helpful, approachable, and made sure everything was taken care of. I’m very happy with the service I received, and my car is running great. I would definitely come back again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable garage. Thanks again!

Visited the branch today, they were extremely accommodating and got me in short notice. I couldn’t believe how polite they all were. I was advised of all the available choices and the pros and cons. I’m a single woman and I personally feel anxious dealing with stuff like this however I didn’t feel like I was given the hard sell or was pressured into anything. Amazing team, I' would definitely recommend.

Very prompt and efficient service. Staff welcoming and helpful. I was in a bit of a state on the day I dropped off my car as I had been by my mum's hospital bed for most of the night. My car needed work and when I went to collect it the following day, Liam (I think) at the reception desk was really kind, asking how mum and I were doing. Thank you.

What can I say. Absolute amazing service and amazing staff. Had my vehicle serviced and MOT'd by these highly knowledgeable and experienced technicians. I was fully updated on every check and work carried out on my vehicle in a manner in which I could understand. They have a highly approachable management team who catered for even my smallest requests. Can't praise this Halfords autocentre enough. Would highly recommend this centre.
