We ordered a glass manhattan LPD door, sidelight and frame. Delivery took double the number of working days specified with poor communication when chased. When order was delivered nearly all parts of the frame came scratched. The door and sidelight were fine but then these were well packaged unlike the frame parts that were loosely packaged altogether. Unfortunately because this the order came so late there was little time for Leaders to provide a replacement in time before it had to be fit and they failed to get a replacement dispatched out soon enough. They used this as a reason not to compensate me any monies for the defected product. My joiner has done a decent job to try and hide as many of the scratches when he has built the frame as possible but some are still visible. The door and sidelight are good products and look great. It is disappointing that Leaders couldn't take any responsibility for their errors.

Poor quality door. False advertising. There is no lifetime guarantee. Bathroom door became discoloured very quickly. Ignored by customer services, by phone and by email. AVOID!

I ordered an architrave and door frame from this company, and I’m extremely disappointed with both the product and the customer service. The item I received looked completely different from the pictures shown on the website, and there was no mention that the door frame was made from MDF. This is a critical detail that should have been clearly stated in the listing. When I raised this with them, a staff member even admitted the product doesn’t match the advertised image. Despite this, the company refused to take responsibility and told me I would have to cover the cost of return shipping myself. They only offered a refund if I returned the item at my own expense — which goes against UK consumer law. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, customers should not be penalised for returning misrepresented goods. Customer service was dismissive and unhelpful, hiding behind policy rather than addressing the real issue. I’ve now drafted this to Citizens Advice. I would not recommend this company. Be cautious — check every detail and don’t expect fair treatment if something goes wrong.

Avoid at all costs, shocking customer service. My 2-year-old “Atlantic” door handles look more like the coat hooks. I have bought 13 sets in total 3 replaced after 1 year now another 3 require replacement, I did ask if I could return all in order to get a refund for all sets based on the 10 years of manufacture warranty, reported October 2023 still waiting for the decision. Joke.

Outside gate ordered online, I opted for pick up from warehouse. Ordered on a Friday,was ready for Monday pickup. Got an email to say it was ready. Easy place to find in Middlesbrough. Reception easy, a guy helped me load into back of van . Door seems straight and sturdy, just what I ordered. So I'm not sure why so many negative reviews
