Food not hot and waiting times are horrible. Up to 1 hr waiting time for box meal. This can’t be fast food slower than an restaurant
Service was present and Food was very Tasty. The Kwench shake was great
Young female member of staff (brown hair and glasses) was very rude didn’t seem to want to serve customers seemed too busy talking with her colleagues to give service.
I ordered a zinger burger meal, I received the food quite quickly but as I took a bite from the burger I commented to my friend that the burger was only warm and not hot, he took a bite and agreed. I went up to the counter and explained the zinger burger wasn't hot and a female staff member gave me a dirty look and told me that the burger had been kept at 65 degrees and that there was nothing wrong with it. I explained again that the burger wasn't hot, she told me she would take it and put the temperature probe in it to prove it was Infact 65 degrees. Her whole attitude was rude and I could see and here everything she was doing and saying, she checked the temperature and told her colleague that it wasn't actually 65 degrees and to get me another one and give it to me, there was no apology from her at all. First of all dont argue with a customer just change the food and secondly do not give dirty looks to a customer who has been nothing but polite when explaining the problem.
