So pleased the curtains are beautiful, perfect length and they keep the sunlight out and definately keep the room cool. Just what I wanted very easy to place the order and the curtains arrived very well packaged .
Honestly I'm amazed! The curtains were a steal bargain, I didn't expect much with the price I paid, it seemed too good to be true however the curtains arrived with fast delivery and I'm very impressed with the quality, colour, everything! They're perfect! Thank you so much
I’m really disappointed with my recent experience with 247 Blinds. The blind supplied has an internal bar that is too long, which means when pressure is applied to one end, the other side shifts out of place. I’ve explained this multiple times with still no resolution. The blind is too large and will not fit, we have been trying to sort this for a number of weeks now and I am beyond losing my patience. Instead of resolving it promptly, I’ve had to keep repeating myself and feel like the problem isn’t being properly understood. It’s frustrating when you just want a product that works as it should. I’m now having to formally escalate the complaint, which shouldn’t be necessary for what is a straightforward fault.
I purchased blinds ca. 2 years ago. A few days ago my dog got to them so I need to replace a few slats. I wrote to 247 customer service and got a very fast response, suggesting that they first send a colour sample to make sure that due to the time passed they are the same as my old slats. I asked that they do and within 24 hours the samples were sent FOC. Outstanding service!
I bought 2 sets of these these curtains from 247 when I complained that they didnt match I got the reply that they could not Guarantee for them to match exactly , which I understand but if you look properly you will see1 of these sets is upside down to the other. They offered me to send them back for a refund ,but they cannot send me a new set for 2 months so it looks like I am stuck with them as the previous curtains I had where not eyelet ones and I had the tracks removed and replaced with a pole. Now that is what I call quality
