Shocked as we walking in. The place was filthy! Me my son & 80 year old mother. Food and tissues on the floor tables, bins overflowing.it wasnt even busy, we were the only customers. Ordered to eat in with table service, after 15/20mins the table number was shouted, wasnt clear to us we had to collect, then the order wasnt complete and had to ask. Hardly any chicken on the pieces, just breaded bones. Tenders were better but crazy amount of salt, portion size on the chips was half the amount. After all that time waiting then wating, there was no attempt at cleaning. Weve been to alot of KFCs and i can truely say this is the worst. Wont ever go again, my poor mother was horrified but it was after 8pm and there was nowhere else to go 😖 i was trying to get better photos but didnt want to alert the staff. £44 for 3 people!
Hello, dear readers! I was amazed by the Kentucky wrap. We even ordered another one and each had our own wrap. It was really delicious. Overall, the atmosphere was great.
Good KFC branch. It is clean. Lots of parking spaces and indoor seats.
Absolutely diabolical! Hottest day no air con could have cooked the chicken on the floor, staff laughing and chatting ordered stacking up waited 40 minutes for our food, staff seemed inexperienced I can see it a little bit due to them being absolutely roasting should have had air con most chaotic environment ever!!!!! Worse worse worse fast food experience of my whole life!
This is the second time I’ve used KFC drive thru and the quality of food is absolutely disgusting. The chicken is like it’s been left in their “hot plate” for the whole day and full of oil. Had to use tissue to take the oil out. See the picture of the colour of the tissue!! THIS IS NOT KFC!! I am absolutely angry and disappointed. KFC HEAD OFFICE NEED TO INTERVENE. An apology is NOT acceptable!!!! Before you ask for receipt they hardly ever hand one out at drive thru!!
