<p><strong>Financial Planning Administrator – Wakefield</strong></p> <p>Tempest Jones is pleased to be recruiting for a thriving financial planning firm based in their Wakefield office for a Financial Planning Administrator.</p> <p>You’ll work closely with the Financial Planners and the support team in a collaborative environment that encourages personal growth and development, including study support toward industry exams and a long term career path into paraplanning and advice, if this is of interest to you.</p> <p><strong>What’s on offer for the Financial Planning Administrator:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary depending on experience and qualifications</li><li>Comprehensive training</li><li>Study support toward the Diploma in Financial Planning</li><li>Hybrid working</li><li>Long term career path into paraplanning and advice, if this is of interest.</li></ul> <p><strong>Financial Planning Administrator Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provision of full back office administrative support to financial advisers who give advice on pensions, investments and protection.</li><li>First port of call for client enquiries, answering the telephone and emails.</li><li>Diary management and booking appointments with clients.</li><li>Daily use of various providers platforms.</li><li>Preparation of the review files prior to meetings.</li><li>Preparing suitability reports for no change review clients.</li><li>Working closely with the paraplanners.</li><li>General administrative duties including post, filing, managing diaries, photocopying/scanning/printing.</li><li>Other ad hoc tasks to support leadership team.</li></ul> <p><strong>Financial Planning Administrator Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Previous experience supporting financial planners with client administration.</li><li>Professional and polite telephone manner, articulate when speaking with clients.</li><li>Ideally experience using a range of provider platforms.</li></ul> <p>To apply, please send your cv to jenny @ tempestjones . com</p>
