Working across a varied portfolio of commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and public sector properties, you'll benefit from a structured workload, supportive management, and genuine long-term career progression.</p> <strong>THE ROLE</strong> <p>As an <strong>Asbestos Surveyor Analyst</strong>, you will undertake both asbestos surveying and analytical duties across a range of client sites throughout Wakefield and the surrounding region.</p> <p>Working independently and alongside an experienced technical team, the <strong> Asbestos Surveyor Analyst</strong> will deliver high-quality surveying and analytical services while ensuring full compliance with HSG264, HSG248, current asbestos legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures.</p> <strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong> <ul> <li> <p>Carrying out Management and Refurbishment &amp; Demolition (R&amp;D) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG264</p> </li><li> <p>Undertaking air monitoring, four-stage clearances, reassurance testing, leak testing, and smoke testing in accordance with HSG248</p> </li><li> <p>Producing accurate and compliant asbestos survey and analytical reports</p> </li><li> <p>Conducting bulk asbestos sampling across commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and public sector properties</p> </li><li> <p>Managing your own workload efficiently across multiple client sites</p> </li><li> <p>Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams</p> </li><li> <p>Ensuring all work complies with current asbestos legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures</p> </li></ul> <strong>WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR</strong> <ul> <li> <p>BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications (essential)</p> </li><li> <p>Previous experience working as an <strong>Asbestos Surveyor Analyst</strong></p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of HSG264, HSG248, and current asbestos legislation</p> </li><li> <p>Experience working within a UKAS-accredited consultancy is desirable</p> </li><li> <p>Full UK driving licence</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication, organisational, and report-writing skills</p> </li><li> <p>Professional, reliable, and quality-focused approach to work</p> </li></ul> <strong>WHAT'S ON OFFER</strong> <ul> <li> <p>Competitive salary</p> </li><li> <p>Company vehicle provided</p> </li><li> <p>Company pension scheme</p> </li><li> <p>Ongoing training and professional development</p> </li><li> <p>Structured workload with strong operational support</p> </li><li> <p>Permanent, long-term opportunity with excellent career progression</p> </li></ul> <p><strong>If you are interested in this role, contact Joel Bland on or email </strong> </p>
