Your daily life will involve:</p> <ul> <li>Providing one-to-one therapeutic support, giving daily guidance tailored to each child's unique emotional and behavioural needs.</li><li>Supporting the wider care network by offering flexible options, such as short-term emergency interventions or weekend respite breaks.</li><li>Teaming up with skilled therapists and managers to ensure every child gets the high-quality support they deserve.</li><li>Keeping clear, thoughtful notes on the children's developmental progress and well-being.</li><li>Ensuring a safe environment by following national safeguarding standards to the letter.</li></ul> <p><br /></p> <strong>Who You Are</strong> <p>We're looking for someone who brings heart and experience to the table.
