Our Discovery has been very reliable for the past 6 years, but a recent fault code was investigated by the team at JLR Sandal as a DPF related failure. Thankfully the team looked into the root cause, linked to the main engine, and as such all the costs for repairs were thankfully covered by my extended JLR Warranty. The team at JLR Wakefield were amazing, a warm welcome to the showroom, keeping me updated during diagnosis and dealing with the warranty company, getting us back on the road in a couple of days. The car now runs much smoother, and more efficient, Ella and all the JLR team have done a great job. Thanks.. Mike

Recently purchased a GR Yaris from Sytner absolutely over the moon with the car , great team there especially Neil, Neil made everything smooth from filming the car for a personal video when I enquired , to back and forth phonecalls/emails all the way on too handover day, great guy to talk to about cars , proper knows his stuff. 10/10 recommend

Recently bought tiguan r from this dealership. Nearly didnt due to bad experience at another dealship but that being said. Everybody there are helpful not pushy and give you a chance to view car at your own pleasure. I personally spoke with frantz and craig also another gentleman think he was called Ian not 100% but all just has helpful and down to earth as each other.

Called Sytner to speak to a salesperson , was put through to Oliver who arranged for us to come look at a car for sale . Oliver was extremely help full told us all about the vehicle and spent time with my wife sorting the seating for her disability. Oliver was in no way pushy in selling the car, We decided to purchase the car . Oliver was very honest about a few marks on the car and were all sorted out when we collected the car . We had a great experience at Sytner and that was 100% due to Oliver s honesty and the way he talked & explained all the details of the sale . Great straight forward service from Salesman Mark. Did the deal over the phone to save time & the whole process was very efficient. Slight problem with the vehicle (not entirely their fault - its a second hand vehicle) but the issue was rectified without any hassle by the whole team.
