Super easy to book a service at a time that worked for me. Car needed additional work which could be done in the day and I was kept informed at every step. The car was ready for collection as agreed. The staff were helpful and informative. All in all a great customer experience and will definitely go back again.

I recently came in for 4 tyres fitting and I was very satisfied with the service. They were able to source me a set of tyres cheaper than anyone else locally and they fitted them within half an hour! I Will be coming back in the future.

I had a slow puncture in my tyre. I went on the website to book this in, entered my registration number and it brought up the tyre for my car. I selected one and booked my slot, dropped my car off and was then rang to say I had ordered the wrong tyre and would need to pay another £50 for the correct one, so ended up paying £130 for one tyre on a Vauxhall Mokka. I obviously needed the tyre so you do not really have a choice whether you are going to pay it or not. Upon discussing my frustrations with 2 separate people they had both said the same had happened to them, said its well known that what is recommended by their websites and in-store machines do not match what is needed. As a new driver and it being my first experience in needing this, I can say with certainty it will not be Halfords I use again. If that had been my upfront cost, this would have been a different review but I think I will opt for somewhere else going forward.
