The staff are really helpful and accommodating, jobs are booked in quickly and they always work around you. Megan and Amber on reception are so helpful and Loz is a great mechanic. Great service all round.
Really happy with the service! The team were helpful, trustworthy and got my car sorted quickly. Great communication, fair prices and no hassle at all. Would definitely recommend this garage to anyone.
Very nice and polite people and very understanding however very expensive. I had an mot fail due to a cracked fog light lens fine it is what it is. but don’t then try and charge me £200 plus for something that costs £60-£80 and will take half an hour to fix (I know this as I priced up the part) and have fixed it myself. And by understanding I mean when I said I wasn’t paying that kind of money they understood and let me take my car and sort it out.
My car decided to break down on the M1, we managed to just make it to this garage. They were absolutely lovely and managed to get a replacement part from another store and get us back on our journey within about an hour. Great customer service, if you are going to break down then this is the place to go to. 👍🏽
I booked in for my tyres fitting, when I pulled into the car park I could see how busy the centre was, no one space for me to park, but Amber and Megan got me seen to stright away, I believe the tech fitting the tyre was Chris he was so friendly and fit my tyre extremely fast and got me away on the road safe
