Very disappointing experience at KFC. The lady on the checkout was extremely ignorant and unprofessional. She gave us the wrong burger, one burger was missing, and a wrong drink. Only the fires were correct in the entire order. She placed the tray on the till without saying a word just call a number and it took several minutes just to get her attention to say that the order is completely wrong. Another staff member corrected the order, but no one even apologised. Her attitude was awful, acting like she simply didn’t care at all. Very poor service and not what you expect as a customer. Highly not recommended.
Mrs. A ordered 2 mini fillet chicken sandwiches & was surprised at their size (mini ??) food was served (fairly) fast & hot - no complaints. cant really say much for atmosphere, after all it IS a motorway road side stop !! - SPA007
Very rude staff. Dont know who was shouting her head off behind the counter. Bit unsettling. Food felt like it took too long and didnt look like the picture. Wouldnt go back there.
Another useful service station for use of my many trips up and down the M1, this one southbound. As expected everything you need. Looks more modern than some others and was busy when I visited. Would class as a smaller service station, but ideal. Will return.
I was there for a short time, just grabbed a meal on my way south on the M1, I have ordered some food at the self service, the food was tasty as usual the service of the young man at the counter was very professional and he was very kind. Definitely I will visit them again. Many thanks 😊
