Huntsman Holiday Cottages

We have just had a great weeks stay in the horseshoe cottage which was great. The cottage is small but ideal for a couple and in our case a dog as well with everything you need and more and we did not want for anything. It is especially good for those with mobility issues as it`s on one level and has a walk in shower. Zoe the host has great communication and is nearby if needed. An added bonus is a pub serving good food a couple of minutes walk away round a corner if you do not want to use the cooking facilities in the cottage. Quiet setting ideally placed for Pickering, Thornton Le Dale, Helmsley etc. Would definitely recommend.

Well another year has passed and we managed back to our wee Horseshoe Cottage in Wrelton and Zoe and Molly(the dog) were there to give us a welcome As usual it was great and a number of improvements had been done. Zoe has obviously taken her new venture like a duck to water. we were there for three weeks again and the time passed too quickly so much so we at 83 years old and health permitting are looking forward to doing it again next year. we wish Zoe health and continued success Jeanette & Roy Noble What can we say after missing two years due to Covid restrictions and a change of ownership we wondered if we would get back to "Horseshoe cottage" We did and had a fabulous three weeks met Zoe the new owner with Molly her friendly dog. What better way to emphasize our visit other than to say we have already booked for next year and it can't come quick enough. Great facilities good location for getting about and very relaxing Hope things go from strength to strength for Zoe in her new venture

Warm friendly welcome from Tracy & Andy, excellent top quality self catering accommodation & pet friendly. This hidden gem is ideally located to do as much or as little as you wish on your holiday, with many attraction within driving distance or just enjoy the beautiful Yorkshire moors on the doorstep. The Huntsman is close to the local pub that serves great food & the bus stop is just outside (if you want a day off from driving)

Well just back from staying at The Huntsman in Bay Cottage for 7 nights March from 7th, what can I say yet again another great stay at a welcoming place, Andy and Tracy make you feel very welcome from the start to the end of your stay, it's like being at home but more relaxing. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you would need to make your stay very enjoyable and very clean and tidy and very warm. Also a great place to stay if looking to get out and about i.e York, Scarborough, Whitby, Castle Howard and many more. Steve Amos Northampton.
