I graduated from the NCA in November after taking the three-year BSc in Acupuncture course. I would highly recommend the college to anyone looking for an Acupuncture course. The support and teaching are of a very high quality and the college is always developing - making sure those standards don't slip. The NCA was the start of a new adventure for me and from the moment I stepped into the building I knew I had found somewhere special. I will forever be grateful to all the staff across all the departments for making my experience so wonderful. Life changing in the best possible way!

The Northern College of Acupuncture was one of the best decisions I ever made. I graduated from NCA over 8 years ago and have been running an Acupuncture clinic ever since. I loved my time at NCA, the work, the people, the team, the knowledge, the support were all outstanding. There was never a weekend when I didn't want to go and learn. If anyone was is thinking about studying acupuncture I would highly highly recommend them

First class experience at the NCA. The teaching and support offered at the NCA has been excellent. Lectures and tutorials have been to a very high standard and staff have gone over and above to support students throughout the duration of the course. This was no exception during the global pandemic where studies continued seamlessly. As well as focusing on the clinical skills needed to become a competent practitioner, the heritage and the roots of the medicine was also part of the course. Overall, an experience that has been nothing but positive and I would highly recommend this course to others considering a career in Acupuncture.

I just graduated in Nov 2023 from the NCA's MSc in Nutrition Science & Practice and had a very positive experience. The tutors and curriculum takes the holistic approach to nutrition that I was looking for in a masters course whilst being heavily grounded in up to date scientific research. Due the pandemic we had to take a lot of our lectures online which was challenging but with the support of the tutors and the cohort we still had a great time. I would recommend this course to anyone wanting to gain an in depth knowledge of nutritional therapy.

I am module leader for the Chinese Classics subject in the online Masters degree. I have been with the Northern College of Acupuncture (NCA) for six months now and have loved every minute of it. Having taught at quite a few Chinese medicine institutions around the world since 2000, I have had a range of different experiences, not always positive ones. The biggest issue I have faced over the years is that most institutions have not valued me for all that I offer. I have not had that experience with the NCA. The director, staff, fellow module leaders and students treat me with dignity and respect and I feel empowered by this. I have total confidence in recommending the NCA for anyone thinking of studying (or working) at a Chinese medicine college. In my 21 years of international teaching experience, it is the best college I have ever been a part of.
