Pho York

We had a delicious meal here over the weekend! The portions are generous and there’s a good choice of food. The waitress got the filling for the crispy pancakes wrong, and she was very apologetic afterwards. It was fine as I still ate it. The food is fresh and delicious and we will return again in the near future!

Charlie our waiter was absolutely fantastic, all GF options outlined perfectly! Not too over the top but super informative and chilled at the same time. Fabulous food as always. Love PHO and cannot wait to visit Vietnam in September

I tried the Hot & Spicy Chicken Pho alongside the chicken wings, and both were thoroughly enjoyable. The pho was flavourful and satisfying, while the wings made for a great accompaniment. The only slight letdown was the upstairs indoor seating, which felt a little less inviting than the food deserved. On a good-weather day, I imagine the experience would be far more enjoyable sitting outside. Definitely one to revisit when the sun is out.

We recently visited Pho in York for a date night dinner. We booked a table prior but I wouldn’t say this was necessary, even for a Friday night as it wasn’t too busy. Staff were really friendly from the off set and helpful in explaining some of the menu items to us. I had the garlic steak pho and my partner had a spicy chicken one. Both were absolutely delicious and very filling. We then each had a chocolate waffle with ice cream, which was delicious. I also had one of their cocktails, which was strong but not over powering. We will definitely be revisiting!

If you are looking for authentic Vietnamese flavors, I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. I ordered the Bun Bo Hue or Hot n Spicy Beef Brisket because I was craving it, but the taste was very disappointing and not authentic at all. The flavors in all the dishes were completely unbalanced.
