<p>Your new company<br />As the sole agency supplier to the HM Prison Service for the provision of maintenance trades and support operatives. Hays is seeking to recruit a Maintenance Plumber for HMP Full Sutton. <br /><br />The role is full-time (39 hours per week).<br />Your new role</p> <ul> <li>Routine and non-routine maintenance.</li><li>Fault-finding identification of life expired life equipment.</li><li>Check, repair and make good faults and life expired equipment.</li><li>Inspections, water sampling and risk assessment.</li><li>Mains water supply repairs.</li><li>Minimise wastage and continually improve processes.</li><li>Ensure statutory works are carried out on time and that work is compliant.</li><li>This role may include working at height and in all weather conditions.</li><li>This role will also support both local and business zero carbon programmes, working towards zero carbon in a strategic and lean manner as and where it is appropriate.</li><li>Responsible for ensuring H&amp;S standards are achieved across the contract.</li></ul> <p><br /><br />What you'll need to succeed</p> <ul> <li>Full driving licence</li><li>Appropriate Trade qualification (Level 3)</li><li>Experience in operating light plant</li></ul> <p>Ideally, you will be qualified to NVQ level 3 in Plumbing and Heating with experience in plumbing maintenance.
