Finance Analyst - FMCG
<p>HW Finance are working with a FMCG business in York to recruit a Finance Analyst. </p> <p>This is a true business partnering role, where you'll work closely with the Financial Controller, supporting Supply Chain to push financial performance across the business. </p> <p>From deep-dive data analysis to KPI tracking and sharp financial insights, you'll be right at the heart of decisions that drive cost efficiency, productivity and operational performance.</p> <p>Responsibilities will include: </p> <ul> <li>Month-End Close & Operational P&L Support</li><li>Financial Analysis & Reporting</li><li>KPI & Performance Management</li><li>Budgeting & Forecasting Support</li><li>Business Partnering & Decision Support</li><li>Tools, Data & Process Improvement (PowerBI experience would be advantageous) </li></ul> <p>For this role, we are looking to speak with part qualified (ACCA/CIMA) candidates with experience in a manufacturing environment. </p> <p>You'll be data driven, with advanced Excel skills and a keen eye for detail, but also a commercial mindset - able to spot risks and opportunities and communicate effectively with stakeholders. </p> <p>The role is hybrid, with 1-2 days a week in the office. </p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p> <p><br /></p>
