You’ll work closely with our Advisers to help deliver high-quality financial planning, robust technical support and outstanding client outcomes.</p> <p>This is not a “sit quietly and write reports” role. We want someone who enjoys being involved, contributing ideas and becoming a valued part of the wider business.</p> <strong>What You’ll Be Doing</strong> <ul> <li>Preparing suitability reports and financial plans</li><li>Carrying out technical research across pensions, investments and protection</li><li>Supporting Advisers with planning strategies and client recommendations</li><li>Working on inheritance tax planning cases, including Trusts and Business Property Relief (BPR)</li><li>Supporting recommendations involving EIS and VCT planning</li><li>Helping improve processes and efficiencies as the business continues to grow</li><li>Collaborating with a close-knit, ambitious and supportive team</li></ul> <strong>What We’re Looking For</strong> <ul> <li>Level 4 Diploma qualified as a minimum</li><li>Strong paraplanning experience within a financial planning environment</li><li>Excellent technical knowledge and strong attention to detail</li><li>Experience or exposure to inheritance tax planning, Trusts, BPR, EIS and VCTs would be highly beneficial</li><li>Organised, proactive and comfortable managing varied work</li><li>A team-focused person who values culture, collaboration and long-term career growth</li><li>A genuinely positive attitude and a desire to help build something meaningful</li></ul> <p>Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who cares about people — because that’s what this business is built around.</p> <strong>What You’ll Get</strong> <ul> <li>£42,000 – £45,000 salary, depending on experience</li><li>38 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays</li><li>Hybrid working flexibility</li><li>Discretionary bonus scheme</li><li>5% matched pension contribution</li><li>Private medical cover</li><li>Ongoing support with development and qualifications</li><li>A career path with real progression opportunities</li><li>Free parking</li><li>A genuinely supportive team environment</li></ul> <strong>Ready to Join Us?</strong> <p>If you’re an experienced Paraplanner looking for a role where your contribution is valued, your development is supported and your life outside work is respected, we’d love to hear from you.</p> <p><strong>Apply now to join a people-first financial planning business and help continue building something special.</strong></p>
