<p>This is an exciting opportunity to work for a genuinely progressive and forward thinking business that strongly believes in looking after its people who will then look after its clients.</p> <p>As a result of continued growth they are now looking to employ a further Paraplanner to support a team of Advisers.</p> <p><strong>Salary and Benefits</strong></p> <p>£42,000 - £45,000 salary (depending on experience)</p> <p>· 38 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays</p> <p>· Hybrid working flexibility</p> <p>· Discretionary bonus scheme</p> <p>· 5% matched pension contribution</p> <p>· Private medical cover</p> <p>· Ongoing support with development and qualifications</p> <p>· A career path with real progression opportunities</p> <p>· Free parking</p> <p>· A genuinely supportive team environment</p> <p><br /></p> <p><strong>The Role</strong></p> <p>You will work closely with a team of Advisers Advisers to help deliver high-quality financial planning and outstanding client outcomes.</p> <p>This will include:</p> <p>· Preparing suitability reports and financial plans</p> <p>· Technical research across pensions, investments and protection</p> <p>· Supporting advisers with planning strategies</p> <p>· Working on inheritance tax planning cases including Trusts and Business Property Relief (BPR)</p> <p>· Supporting recommendations involving EIS and VCT planning</p> <p>· Helping improve processes and efficiencies as we continue to grow</p> <p>· Collaborating with a close-knit and ambitious team.</p> <p><strong>The Person</strong></p> <p>You will be working for a business that has spent the last 6 years building a financial planning business that genuinely puts people first - not just clients, but the team too.</p> <p>Looking for people who want to enjoy their careers, enjoy their lives outside of work and feel part of something they genuinely care about building.</p> <p>Working for a firm that believe in looking after its people properly, and will naturally look after clients in exactly the same way.</p> <p><strong>What is Required:</strong></p> <p>· Level 4 Diploma qualified (minimum)</p> <p>· Strong paraplanning experience within financial planning</p> <p>· Excellent technical knowledge</p> <p>· Experience or exposure to inheritance tax planning, Trusts, BPR, EIS and VCTs beneficial</p> <p>· Organised, proactive and detail-focused</p> <p>· Someone who values culture, teamwork and long-term career growth.</p> <p><br /></p>
