What's next?<br /><br />If you're an experienced Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury Paralegal looking to work on more complex, higher-value matters within a firm that's genuinely investing in its litigation offering, this is well worth a conversation.<br /><br />QED Legal's client is continuing to expand its York office and is looking to appoint an experienced Clinical Negligence / Personal Injury Paralegal to support the growth of its specialist litigation team.<br /><br />This isn't a volume claims environment. The team focuses on serious injury, catastrophic injury and complex multi-track litigation, acting for clients who require technically strong legal support and outstanding client care throughout what are often life-changing cases.<br /><br />Working alongside experienced lawyers, you'll become an integral part of a growing department with genuine long-term opportunities as the wider business continues to expand.<br /><br />You'll be involved in: <ul> <li>Assisting on complex Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury claims.</li><li>Preparing court documents, witness statements and trial bundles.</li><li>Reviewing medical records and expert evidence.</li><li>Liaising with clients, medical experts, counsel and third parties.</li><li>Managing your own workload and progressing matters efficiently.</li><li>Supporting solicitors on high-value and technically challenging litigation.</li><li>Maintaining excellent client care and file management throughout.</li></ul> To be considered, you'll ideally have: <ul> <li>At least 5 years' experience as a Clinical Negligence or Personal Injury Paralegal.</li><li>Experience handling claimant litigation files.</li><li>Exposure to serious injury, catastrophic injury or multi-track litigation would be advantageous.</li><li>Excellent organisational and communication skills.</li><li>Strong attention to detail.</li><li>A proactive, team-focused approach and genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service.</li></ul> This opportunity would suit an experienced Clinical Negligence Paralegal, Personal Injury Paralegal, Senior Litigation Paralegal, Catastrophic Injury Paralegal or Multi-Track Litigation Paralegal looking to take the next step within a firm that's continuingto invest in both its people and specialist litigation offering.<br /><br />The business has ambitious growth plans, a collaborative culture and a reputation for undertaking high-quality legal work rather than chasing volume.
