Indirect Procurement Manager
<b>The Company</b><br />A well-established and highly respected organisation is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join its growing procurement function during an exciting period of change and increased commercial activity.<br />Reporting into the Senior Procurement Manager, you will take ownership of a broad portfolio of procurement projects across professional services, outsourced services, business services and technology. This is a genuine end-to-end procurement role where you will work closely with senior stakeholders, lead sourcing activities, negotiate commercial contracts and drive value across a diverse supplier base.<br /><br />The client will require candidates to work two days on site in the York area per week and will provide an excellent benefits package.<br /><br /><b>The Opportunity</b><br />The Procurement Manager will:<br /><ul> <li>Lead end-to-end procurement projects from stakeholder engagement through to contract award and implementation.</li><li>Manage a varied workload including tenders, RFPs, supplier negotiations, contract renewals and contract variations.</li><li>Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to deliver commercial value and robust supplier solutions.</li><li>Support supplier due diligence, governance and contract management activities.</li><li>Join a well-established procurement team with strong business visibility and influence.</li></ul> <br /><b>About You</b><br />The successful Procurement Manager will be able to demonstrate:<br /><ul> <li>End-to-end sourcing and procurement experience (indirect categories).</li><li>Strong indirect procurement and/or services procurement expertise.</li><li>Excellent contract negotiation and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Experience managing multiple procurement projects simultaneously.</li><li>The confidence to influence and engage stakeholders at a senior level.</li></ul> <br />If you fulfil the above and are:<br /><br /><ul> <li>Organised, structured and detail orientated.</li><li>Commercially astute, a confident communicator.</li><li>Able to take ownership, accountability and a collaborative approach..</li></ul> <br />..Please get in contact for a confidential discussion and full details.<br /><br />
