We’re recruiting a Programme Support Officer on behalf of a well-established, values-led charitable trust dedicated to addressing the root causes of conflict and injustice through impactful, grant-funded programmes.<br /><br />This is an excellent opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation and play a key role in supporting the delivery of meaningful projects that create positive social change.<br /><br /><strong>The Role</strong><br /><br />Working as part of a collaborative team, you will provide high-quality administrative and programme support to ensure the smooth delivery of a busy grant programme. This is a varied and rewarding position, offering the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders and contribute to projects with real social impact.<br /><br /><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br /><ul> <li>Coordinating meetings, including arranging logistics, preparing papers and taking minutes</li><li>Supporting grant administration processes, including tracking applications and maintaining accurate databases</li><li>Preparing programme documentation, reports and correspondence</li><li>Managing communications with stakeholders, partners and funded organisations</li><li>Assisting with financial administration, including processing invoices and payments</li><li>Supporting events, consultations and wider programme activity as required</li></ul> <br /><b>About You</b><br />We’re looking for an organised and proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.<br /><br /><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong> <ul> <li>Previous experience in an administration, coordination or programme support role</li><li>Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail</li><li>Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines</li><li>Confident communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Strong IT skills, including experience working with databases and Microsoft Office applications</li><li>An interest in, or experience of, the charity, voluntary or social impact sector would be advantageous</li></ul> <br /><b>What's on Offer?</b><br /><ul> <li>&#163;20.98 per hour</li><li>Flexible, part-time working (3 days per week)</li><li>Remote/hybrid working arrangement</li><li>Travel to York approximately four days per month</li><li>Opportunity to work within a supportive and collaborative environment</li><li>Chance to contribute to programmes that make a meaningful difference to society</li></ul> <br />If you're looking for a role where your organisational skills can help drive positive change, we'd love to hear from you.<br /><br />Apply today or get in touch for a confidential discussion about the opportunity.
