<p>Are you an experienced estate agent ready for your next step?</p> <p>We’re looking for a confident Senior Sales Negotiator to join a growing independent agency where your ideas, experience and personality will genuinely matter.</p> <p>You’ll look after buyers and sellers throughout their property journey, conduct viewings, negotiate offers and help keep sales moving through to completion.</p> <p><strong>The role includes:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Managing buyer and seller enquiries</li><li>Conducting professional property viewings</li><li>Negotiating offers confidently</li><li>Providing regular feedback and updates</li><li>Progressing sales from offer to completion</li><li>Working closely with solicitors, mortgage brokers and other agents</li><li>Keeping property listings and CRM records up to date</li><li>Generating new business and building local relationships</li><li>Supporting the wider sales team</li></ul> <p>A great opportunity for an experienced negotiator looking for more responsibility within a friendly and ambitious independent agency.</p>
