The worst customer service ever, I asked for an appointment to do my dress changing the recciptionst told me to go to A n E for 5 minutes job. Always fails to give me routine appointments sometimes sending me to sandal castle and walk in centre. I am greatly dissapointed because they are very unhelpful and unprofessional staff mainly the recciptionist Tia who made me feel very unwelcomed. I hope someone takes notice of this, i will also be complaining to the manager.
