I wouldn’t recommend this company if you like having to repeatedly have multiple visits trying to fix and cause more issues and damage the door. Jamie and his team think they can undermine people and laugh behind the door not taking customers serious enough. Lots of chasing and false promises by this man. Avoid this circus and go elsewhere. jade windows or a local family firm will be your best bet as these clowns don’t have a clue what is going on.

What can i say other than i was told, sorry we cant give you a quote unless your husband is there!!! Taken aback the gent completing my survey called his boss handed over the phone saying i was kicking off. Actually quite restraint for what id just heard a very sexist remark only to be told, company policy and if we do give you a quote without your husband it wont be the best price we can offer. Safe to say at over £9k for soffit and fascia i wont be taking up the quote. The Gent who completed my survey was lovely though, if not very harassed.

During the quotation process they will say scaffolding is needed because of “regulations” of the windows being too high to go up with a ladder and the street maybe not being flat, so you will have to pay extra on top for “hiring” the scaffolding, but on installation, they won’t even use it and end up going up on a ladder anyway regardless, this company tried charging me extra for every little thing, stupidly I paid around £5000! For just 4 windows in 2022 since then I have used ‘first glass uk’ twice for new properties and I have paid around 400-500 per window which in my opinion are installed way better than how my Anglian windows were installed, and recently got a quote for 2 new doors and 7 windows and I’m paying £5200! First glass uk has been amazing from start to present. (Also my windows were marked when installed and they don’t contact me back to sort the situation!) AVOID THIS COMPANY, LOOK AT THE REVIEWS! Nearly all their business sites only get 1.6 stars and no more.

I had some French doors fitted today by Dominic and Ross the service and professionalism and knowledge was second to none . I am absolutely thrilled to bits with my new French doors . Thankyou so much . Nicky

Anglian Home Improvements have just sent a scaffolding team to put scaffold up over the conservatory. They have blocked our exit and entrance to the conservatory. We simply can’t use those doors. My wife has Alzheimer’s dementia. If for any reason we need to escape due to fire for example we are trapped. I am thinking of cancelling the installation of the windows because the reviews I’ve read about this company are appalling. I can’t get to speak to anyone about this matter. They simply don’t answer the phone.
