Very nice well kept field with park benches and seating area. When we.wnet was.very.plesemt with very friendly people
Who organised this waste of money? First of all, whoever made the plan for this ‘pocket park’ clearly doesn’t understand ecology or the way an environment functions. They have half heartedly cleared waste land and the put some stone benches on it which have now been broken and vandalised. They left the weeds behind and didn’t even provide sufficient drainage. The land now always floods and is constantly waterlogged. No plants intended to attracting bees or wildlife have been planted. This is a waste of money and a waste of resources. I have attempted to contact the local council to express these issues. The council continues to ignore me meanwhile a local dog park/memorial has been locked so nobody can use it. Suspicious.
A really nice area. A great place to visit that can be accessed by all from Edlington and Warmsworth.
Dog s everywhere, nobody cleans after their dogs. Disappointed.
