Aston Hall Hotel

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff, the grounds, the rooms and the food are all top notch. The room we stayed in had a huge glass roof and it felt very luxurious. I wouldn't hesitate to stop there again.

I were there due to a funeral, but what I saw was so beautiful. The mansion was set up for Christmas and when you walk into the lobby there's an log fire ablaze. Christmas trees and bubbles. I would have loved to be staying there but alas it was only for a few hours. The garden and the lawns look inviting for a winter walk and especially if there's snow/frost on the ground.

It is with regret that I have to leave this review as I believe nobody should have to experience what my wife went through on a recent visit. I should point out I was there on business not a customer. On the first occasion my wife who is disabled and also autistic managed to get her car stuck on some mud, a member of staff said he would assist which was good, however when he returned to my wife after saying he needed something to cut some rope he proceeded to leave her and say he had finished and was going home. The second visit a member of the reception team was extremely rude an discourteous to my wife and completely unprofessional for someone who works in the service industry. Both these matters were reported and as far as I am aware nothing was done about it. I won't be returning.

Thank you so much for making our wedding day on August 16, 2025, an absolutely unforgettable experience. We especially want to give a massive shout-out to the incredible Angela, who is truly a diamond. She was always on hand to help, and her bubbly, approachable personality made the whole planning process so much smoother and more enjoyable. The day ran perfectly, and that’s a testament to the entire staff. Every single person we interacted with was brilliant and incredibly helpful. We’ve received countless compliments from our guests about the food, which was nothing short of exceptional. Everyone was so impressed with the quality and presentation. Everything we needed was taken care of, and we are so glad we chose Aston Hall for our special day. The beautiful grounds, comfortable rooms, and impeccable service were all perfect. Thank you again for everything. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or a more wonderful team to help us start our married life together.

We visited today for an afternoon tea and although the was lovely and fresh, the coffee was beautiful it was a guess what your eating experience, no one advised us of the sandwich fillings or the assortment of small tarts or the flavourless cheesecake, who knew that 2 out of the 4 scones were cheese ? As previously noted the coffee was beautiful and was worth every penny but would have been even better if it was served with cream and not milk.
