I can’t say enough about my experience! The salon is beautiful. Matches the owner Karen. She listened to what I wanted made suggestions which automatically made me feel like she had my best interest at heart and how stunning my hair was / and is. I feel beautiful which is how you should feel. Not only did I face time all my friends and family back in Canada, my mum wants me to book in with Karen when she comes for a visit in September. I have found my new place as my hair has never looked so good, natural and healthy. I also happen to adore Karen!

First time at the salon today. Was incredibly nervous as going to the hairdressers is not my thing at all but after a while without any prossional help it was needed. Lovely welcome as soon as I walked in and the entire team was friendly and but me at ease. Kristina was my stylist today who did an amazing job with my hair and was giving brill advice on a future change in colour , which I'm booked in for and I'm honestly looking forward to it. Thank you!

I recently had my hair cut, highlighted and blow dried at this salon. I had not had my hair cut professionally for nearly 2 years. I was really nervous because my hair was a mess. As soon as I walked into the salon I was greeted with such a great atmosphere and lovely people. I love my hair ,thank you Kristina. Karen, Kelly and all the people in the salon were so friendly. I have re booked and can honestly say I've never been more comfortable in a salon and never been so happy with my hair. Thank you very much Michele x

Well I have used city centre salons all my life from Vidal Sassoon on and I am highly impressed by the standard of work, and the amazing customer care…in fact Karen and her team care about their customers on a magnificent level, you leave with a beautiful hair do and a happy feeling from the engaging friendly positive atmosphere, this is a fabulous happy experience. Karen knows the meaning of being customer centric and an excellent hairdresser to boot…thank you for the feeling back that people really matter Karen and the girls 😊
