Joe of Aspire Stairlifts installed a reconditioned one for us this morning. He arrived on time and was very friendly and polite. He took great care with the installation and made sure everything was cleared up and tidy afterwards. His explanation of how it works was clear and concise as was his demonstration.

What a brilliant swift team. From a visit to quote in the same week as contact and then on to a fit the week after. The reconditioned stair lift is as good as new. It was fitted by Joe who was extremely courteous, quick, very clean and tidy. An amazing job to make my mum more mobile. Thank you to the whole team.

This is the 2nd review I've done for this company. Their customer service is amongst the best I've ever experienced. Following a message I left last night about my 92 year old father's stairlift not working, Arran phoned me 1st thing this morning and was so helpful, understanding and compassionate. He was able to provide detailed advice and instruction over the phone to a neighbour who was able to resolve the problem. I am so very grateful to Arran for the help he provided - thank you so much. 1st review - I phoned last week to ask if they could come out and service my 92 year old father's 10 year old stairlift. Jack came out the next day and did an excellent job at a very reasonable and competitive cost - my father was delighted with the work he carried out. Would highly recommend.

Aspire bought our stair lift. Jack came out and dismantled it and took it away. He was very helpful and a great communicator about the timings. Also very honest and trustworthy in this particular transaction. I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service provided by Joe. It took no time to identify the fault. In a matter of minutes he had taken his tools out of the van and repaired the stair lift. Superb deliverance under warranty.
