Bistro's has never misses a beat. The food is to die for, authentic Italian. I have never had a bad meal here. The service is prompt and the owner, Mario, is such a character that he makes everyone feel like family. I had the mushroom risotto and it was so deliciously creamy, I couldn't not finish. My partner had the Romano's special, which is a huge portion size! Definitely value for money!! Would definitely recommend this as a date night venue, but for family meals and friends day outs as well.
Amazing little place. Staff were friendly and welcoming and offered a quick service as we were in a rush. Food was lovely. Definitely worth a visit back when I have more time.
Sorry to say this about a local restaurant but it was my first visit tonight and the food was disappointing. Garlic pizza bread was undercooked and soggy. Calamari was frozen and small but £37 Medium Rare fillet steak was at best medium well done and tough. I sent both back and no one apologised in fact the waiter came to tell me it was fine!! No apology for the food but they did deduct the cost from the bill. It was a family birthday but this cast a shadow on it. Will not be going back.
Absolutely gorgeous food Authentic fresh tasting. Service too , excellent. Great simple welcoming atmosphere. Clean , hand gel on tables. Very pleasant experience HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Good wine too.
Very friendly staff, fabulous food and generous portion. The garlic bread was really good. Only negative comment is that it is very dark in there - too "romantic" for a few friends gathering.
