really bad, rude, won't even let you freeze your card - oh and they stole my account details and sold them (before my card was even received in the post, I was scammed) so, no thanks ...
Terrible. I cannot get in touch with branch by phone. My local branch Wakefield closed a few years ago. Frustrating
The branch is usually ok however the banking apps are atrocious, they intermittently work and cause real problems. Do not use this bank for either business or personal banking via apps because it’s totally useless. The hurdles you have to jump over to use business banking is a joke .. I’m at the end of my tether with these and today 5/10/23 both aren’t working and neither is the telephone banking.. wasting my time
Just a note to say what a lovely friendly bank this is. My experiences with my own banking together with my brother have been top class, so patient and nothing seems to be too much trouble..spot on.
Outstanding customer service. Always polite and helpful, aiding my grandparents through the course of getting power of attorney for them as my grandfather has dementia. They helped them on to the right path. Thanks a lot!
