The lady with long blonde hair was honestly so nice ! She helped me all the way throughout and strayed professional! However the lady with the short black hair, needs some more training on how to speak with customers. Not only was she rude to everyone with lots of sarcasm, she was eating while serving, she also made bitchy comments and faces after serving one particular customer. Personally I wouldn’t want to be served by her. Overall thank you to the lovely lady that served me !
Brilliant service!.Trish served me at the post office in a little bit of an issue business wise for some change. I was unable to get some from the bank as I was awaiting a business card, Trish asked her manager what they could do and sorted me out straight away! Such a big help and I couldn’t be more grateful. The ladies who work here are always lovely and polite and always willing to help of course!. Thank you so much
I went to get my passport updated and luckily I was just in time we were served by Trish Good really lovely lady very straightforward and helpful.
Excellent renewing my passport with Trish Good. It was quick and easy Trish is very professional and friendly, she put me at ease and gave me the confidence that everything went through as it should she certainly knows her job!
Staff are horrid, nasty, and rude. Woman with spiky short hair and glasses was awful. So patronising and spoke to me as if I was 10. Made me re join the queue after every question I asked. Finally passed me the envelope I needed made me leave the queue and rejoin to put the documents inside, And I forgot to write the address on an envelope so she made me come out of the queue to write the address and then re join the queue. Remind me to never use that post office again
