I was provided with an initial design and plan, but I had to follow up myself to obtain a quote. I specifically requested two quotes and received only one. The quote I did receive was £31,000, not including worktops, mid-range appliances, and with a design that did not reflect what was discussed. I was also informed that the price supposedly included a 30% “sale reduction.” There was no follow-up from the company, so I contacted them again to try to resolve the issues. In the end, I was able to purchase a kitchen of the same quality, with better appliances and worktops included, at nearly half the quoted price from another provider (DIY Kitchens). Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Went there to ask for Holdenby oak veneered doors, the female staff behind the counter gave me extortionate prices £350 for 2 doors ..including our discount.. despite us buying so much stuff as a company from howdens.. maybe time to look elsewhere..

I think it would be fair to give the manager nick a five stars for his help sorting out the problems we had . in the end the kitchen was very good indeed . in fact it looks super. everone really impressed when they see it

Good quality kitchen. Parts was sent which wasn't ordered plus 1 side unit was wring colour
