Highly recommend Fran and the team at John Longley. From design to aftercare nothing has been too much trouble and we are beyond thrilled with the results. We will definitely return to Fran for our next project.
Longley kitchens was recommended to us by the company which build our house. We went to meet Tim who had already designed a kitchen for us based on the dimensions given to him. The design was absolutely perfect and we did not change a single thing, from the layout to the colours and materials used. We now have a dream kitchen which we absolutely love. I would highly recommend Tim to anyone wanting a new kitchen. He was extremely professional throughout and clearly has a wealth of knowledge and ideas and is passionate about his work. Thank you, we love it!
Very helpful, informative and professional advice regarding bathroom tiles. Very smooth ordering process and I was kept in the loop regarding order and delivery. After sales customer service also impeccable. I can definitely recommend John Longley Kitchens and Bathrooms.
Phoned up 4 weeks ago about some replacement hinges for 2 of our kitchen cupboards fitted by John longley a while ago. Promised a response on the phone but heard nothing. I've since rung 3 times and emailed but no one has bothered to reply. Very poor service and still waiting!
Always responsive even to the most trivial queries. Will always support after sales queries. Stable long-standing ownership of the business means you always have continuity of service.
