Went to go browse at some cars and before we even got close and older guy came rushing out blocking us asking what we was hear to look at when we told him he said we haven’t got any here in a rude tone so we said we would still like to look round but he had already started ushering us away standing in from of us blocking even though there was a different car we had just spotted what we wanted to look at. Cant speak on other staff but overall from our experience would never go back he never introduced him self so don’t no a name unfortunately but so rude and made us feel like an inconvenience.

We met Frankie on his first day, and the service he provided was outstanding. He took us out on a test drive, explained the different features of the car we purchased, and made sure we were comfortable with everything before we left. He kept us informed throughout the process, and the handover went smoothly. However, when we later changed our minds and went back to the dealership to switch to a different vehicle, the experience was completely different. We felt they tried to take advantage of us and were not being fair with the deal. It was very disappointing after such a positive start. Because of this, I would not go back or recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointing experience using Cars2 Seat. Purchased a nearly brand new car from them, 7k miles 24 plate specifically, and within a day of getting this home I get warning lights. What are the chances that this was the first time this had happened with the car? Very slim in my opinion. Not only that, I was extremely disappointed with the condition. I live 2+ hours away from the dealership so placed a deposit down on the vehicle over the phone based off the descriptions and conversations with the dealership expecting no issues with the car. When I got there, there was some unexpected marks and damage to the bodywork which I was not made aware of, stuff which you would not expect from such a new car. I accepted that and still went ahead with the deal as it wasn’t terrible damage, but definitely noticeable and the type of thing I would have expected to be notified of prior to getting to that point. When I got home I also realised they had lied to me regarding the features on the car. Specifically, I was told directly that the car did have reverse parking sensors, which it absolutely does not. Further to this, I noticed that the floor mats are missing from the car, again not something you would expect given the age of the car and also that there are multiple rips in the carpet inside the car which again had not been pointed out to me and was not something I noticed in the 30 second walk round of the car before we completed the deal. I absolutely feel like I have been purposely deceived to get a sale of the car here given the various issues which are things that in my past experience with dealers would have been pointed out by the dealer to prevent any situations like this. To put it briefly, the 7 year old car which was an older version of the one I purchased was in significantly better cosmetic & operational condition which is why these issues were completely unexpected. Use this company at your own caution.

A very frustrating experience I had with them. Came for enquiries, made a reservation deposit with the assurances that if the sale didn't go through, I would get a full refund. Fast forward to about 7 months later, they have failed to give me back my deposit as the sale was not successful. Have called several times, was told to expect my refund within 3 days on each of the occasion. Have visited a number of times and still got the "3 days" message. They kept pushing me back and forth until the window to take legal action passed. Up till now, they're still holding on to my money... And there's nothing I can do again. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Went to look around their cars. Was told by a lady that was fine then as soon as we got around to the forecourt an older guy come out giving it attitude saying we cannot look around the cars we MUST sit at his desk and look at them on the computer incase we scratch them. Such a shame for them as we have just spent a small fortune at Kia just down the road who provided us with an absolute 10/10 service. Wouldn’t even give Cars2 Seat 1/10. Arrogant and rude.
