Absolute shambolic service from a very poor post office, which is nothing more than i expected when looking around me, and listening to the level of customer service. Machines all taped up, hand written signs everywhere. However, no sign stating that they stop providing a service 1 hr before they close (12:30), and the clerk told me that there didn't need to be any customer notice explaining this. I was told my passport renewal would take 15 minutes, which takes them 5 minutes past closing time. If a supermarket closes at 20:30, they dont shut all their tills!!!!!!!!! I would have thought Post Office would work harder on reviving their destroyed image!!!!!!!!
The lady with long blonde hair was honestly so nice ! She helped me all the way throughout and strayed professional! However the lady with the short black hair, needs some more training on how to speak with customers. Not only was she rude to everyone with lots of sarcasm, she was eating while serving, she also made bitchy comments and faces after serving one particular customer. Personally I wouldn’t want to be served by her. Overall thank you to the lovely lady that served me !
Came in to sort my first passport after struggling online. Angela was very helpful and sorted it all out quickly. Great service thank you. The actual post office does look a mess and there's only 2 people on on a Saturday when it was really busy so was queuing nearly 20 -30 minutes but can't fault the actual staff.
Brilliant service!.Trish served me at the post office in a little bit of an issue business wise for some change. I was unable to get some from the bank as I was awaiting a business card, Trish asked her manager what they could do and sorted me out straight away! Such a big help and I couldn’t be more grateful. The ladies who work here are always lovely and polite and always willing to help of course!. Thank you so much
I went to get my passport updated and luckily I was just in time we were served by Trish Good really lovely lady very straightforward and helpful.
