Recently moved into my first home as a tenant managed by Daniel at Lancaster’s and from the very beginning of arranging a viewing to collecting keys he was so lovely and massively eased us on the process of things and sorting out any problems… When we moved in, the chaotic week before Christmas mind you, our shower was a bit old and had loose buttons and within a day of telling him a new one was installed… little things like that make tenants feel listened to which this team do. They are such lovely down to earth people which makes something like a scary big step into moving into your first home in your early twenties such a calmer process💕 would highly reccomend their service and I’m going off my experience which so far has been in one of the busiest times of the year and was still fab x
