Friday 19/9/2025. Arrived 1:50pm. Took exactly 25 mins to simply check-in with no option but to queue. Computer check in has apparently been broken for “months”. 2 misleading signs at reception regarding check-in procedure using computer are therefore incorrect and haven’t been removed. You have to queue. Thus: Aged and ill people are made to queue for excessively lengthy periods. Queue proximity encourages communicable diseases. Doctors and nurses are waiting to see patients who aren’t checked in. This is a broken procedure that’s good for no one. Before I escalate this further, I will be looking to see this fixed next time I accompany my aged friend. Also, their formal “complaints procedure” is bureaucratic and intrusive so I decided to complain here in the public domain.

called at 8am and was pleased to get a same-day appointment. However, when I arrived, the doctor was extremely rude. I clearly explained (both on the phone and again in person) that I needed help with my eye and a painful ear infection. Despite this, she told me she could only deal with one issue and refused to prescribe anything for the ear infection. I was told to book another appointment — even though I was already there, in pain, and needing antibiotics. Patients shouldn’t have to take a full day off work just to get two separate appointments for things that could easily be handled together. Absolutely ridiculous.

After ringing for an appointment which i rarely do im told its a new system and gave to fill out a form on line. So i fills the form out and sends back on the 6th august . And gets a message back that they have received my form and have been referred to the health coach. We are now the 27th of august 21 dYs later and no contact from the health coach. So i rings the surgery again and explains the situation . Only to be offered the first telephone appointment with a doctor on the 25th september . So nearly two month for san appointment. Absolutely ridiculous .

The staff are exceptionally friendly. Go above and beyond to sort out tests and results and appointments. GPs are thorough in listening to symptoms and discussing treatment. Everyone treats you like a person and compared to my previous surgery I’m blown away with the efficiency of the surgery and cleanliness. Think you’re all doing a fabulous job. Thank you :)

the clinic completely ignores patients for an appointment that was booked 4 weeks earlier, they wait 20 minutes late with an interpretation, and when you pay attention, you are asked to leave by a doctor who cannot understand that you can have another appointment in another place, the appointment is for an hour. There has been a problem with my leg for 2 years and constant diagnoses that do not help at all, doctors without complete knowledge use Google Pay, trying to figure out what it could be....the diagnosis is based on a guessing game...run away whoever can before it's too late
