Chinese Laundry/Dry Cleaners

I have always used this cleaners and found them very good. But I have just picked up my Vintage Burberry coat and was very disappointed. It is utterly ruined, the leather buckles are completely destroyed, the marks have not gone and when I asked if it was OK I was told it was fine. I pointed out to the lady the buckles were destroyed and she said I could probably mend them. She also said we could clean it again but seeing it's in a worse state than when I went in I will be going elsewhere. I think a phone call would have been acceptable beforehand or an explanation of what went wrong when I picked it up.

Helped me out when I extended my stay and needed clothes cleaned. Very helpful and friendly. Thank you ladies.

I have taken 2 expensive jackets to this place and both times toggles have come back melted due to what I think is the drying process. No refund either time and I actually got asked “are the jackets fake”.. wanted to take 0 blame for the damage caused. Will definitely be avoiding and not recommending to others.

Took a dress in a couple of weeks ago , couldn't wear it as it dropped too low . Saw the lady who sews . She put me a seam of stitches down the front . Did a very neat job n even said if I wasn't happy , she would try something else . Great job done , great service n very reasonably priced . I always take any alterations there anyway

They did a phenomenal job washing and drying my laundry. Cost was £10 for a load. Clothes looked a lot better than from my washer and dryer in America! I Highly recommend this place if you are there on vacation or for business.
