My experience already has been great. The initial consultation was really thorough, and Tom took the time to go through my lower-back issues and history properly. He set me up on the digital app straight away which detailed my treatment plan, goals and my exercises. Tom is clearly experienced, passionate and knowledgeable and after just two sessions, my lower-back pain is easing, I am more confident with movement and I’m actually sleeping better too. Really happy with the progress so far and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Tom to anyone!

I cannot recommend Tom and Function First Physio highly enough! Following a serious car crash early this year I required (and do still require) extensive rehabilitation to help recover from my injuries and regain my ability to walk. After years of chronic shoulder and neck pain/stiffness and a recent injury sustained I booked in with Tom. Over the last 6 weeks my movement and flexibility has improved greatly and pain levels dropped to a point where painkillers no longer used. I had been struggling with hip pain for a few months, potentially arthritis and muscle problems, and when I arrived for my first appointment was more than a little anxious. Tom very quickly put me at ease, listening to my symptoms and issues as well as a thorough check on my joints and mobility. The potential causes were explored and ultimately a plan of action including exercises and hands on physiotherapy were agreed. A check was made on exercise progress before my next appointment and I have to say that whilst the pain may not have gone away completely, I feel better, significant progress being made in a short space of time. Would highly recommend Tom, regardless of your age or ability.
